Vishakha Sharma

Vishakha has 8 years of experience in HR and specializes in HR Operations. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and completed a Master’s degree in HR from Sikkim Manipal University. Vishakha started her career with an IT Organisation Embee Software Pvt Ltd in Kolkata as HR Executive. She has worked with organizations such as Lilac Insights, Chetana Publications India LLP, Piramal Foundation & Anushkaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot.

She is highly competent in managing the employee life cycle, end to end and has experience in stakeholder management across all levels. Outside of work, Vishakha likes to travel to new places, listens to Rabindrasangeet, and folk songs.
