Esha Agarwal

Esha has over a decade of experience in HR and specializes in strategic recruitment. She received her Master’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and completed a post-graduate diploma in HR and Finance from SCDL Pune. Esha has experience working in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She has done recruitment for Consulting, Finance and Banking, and Public Health sectors to name a few.

Esha began her career at a recruitment agency in Kolkata, then she continued pursuing a career in HR. She has worked with organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), JobsForGood (JFG), and Jhpiego.

At PwC, Esha worked as a resource planner for offshore clients. Then she moved into recruitment and in a span of 6 months recruited over 100 professionals from a finance background.

JobsForGood is a specialist recruitment service provider in the non-profit sector. Esha played a key role in setting up operations for JFG in New Delhi. She worked with key clients in the non-profit sector.

Jhpiego is an international, non-profit health organization affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University. Esha effectively recruited over 300 public health professionals ranging from assistant to leadership roles and optimized the recruitment procedure while working at Jhpiego.

Esha’s recruitment style is process-oriented and guided by her instincts, while her excellent analytical and research skills enable her to persistently identify and attract the best talent.

Esha likes meeting and interacting with people from different walks of life. This is the reason why she has chosen HR as a profession and enjoys her work.
