Swati brings over 25 years of experience to her role as HR and PoSH Project Manager at Yellow Spark. With a strong background in Administration and Human Resources, primarily in the non-profit sector, she has honed her expertise in managing NGO governance and HR functions.

As a seasoned HR professional, Swati works closely with clients as an HR implant, providing strategic guidance and support to drive organizational growth and excellence. Her extensive experience enables her to navigate complex HR issues with maturity and finesse, fostering positive relationships and resolving conflicts with ease.
As PoSH Project Manager, Swati oversees the implementation of Prevention of Sexual Harassment initiatives, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for all. Her expertise in handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism has earned her a reputation as a trusted and reliable partner.

Swati has had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as UnLtd India (Social Entrepreneurs Foundation India), CARE India, and CEHAT. Her expertise in HR is complemented by her academic credentials, including a degree in Economics from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Computer Applications.

Swati has further enhanced her skills through an HR Certificate Program (CPHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Post Graduate Program in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Outside of work, Swati enjoys traveling, listening to music, and volunteering to support social sector startups. Her passion for social causes and commitment to creating positive change are reflected in her work and personal life.
