Reference Check Format
We all know that hiring is an effort-intensive process. A lot of time and effort go into hiring, and making an offer to the best candidate is crucial.
Conducting strong reference checks is an important aspect of the selection process and can be a deciding factor in the final selection of the candidate.
Ideally, a reference check must be done before the offer rollout from past employers and with the current employer after the candidate has resigned. The offer letter should clearly state that the offer can be revoked if the reference check is poor.
Today we share with you a tool to conduct effective reference checks via email. You will also find a draft email to go along with this format.
