PoSH Pro Workshop

Pravbhavee – Partner for Social Impact, in collaboration with Yellow Spark – Strategic HR Consultants, is organising PoSH Pro – a two-day online workshop on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the Workplace. This event aims to enhance awareness and build capacity on PoSH.

Through expert-led sessions, interactive case studies, and a panel discussion with a practising lawyer and a senior corporate professional, this workshop provides foundational and practical insights into fostering safer and more inclusive work environments. It is designed to bridge the gap between law and practice by simplifying complex provisions of the Act and demonstrating how effective implementation can shape equitable workplaces.

Workshop Details

• Dates: 25th and 26th September 2025 (Thursday & Friday)
• Time: 2.30 pm to 5 pm (both days)
• Mode: Online (Live interactive sessions via Zoom)
• Seats: Limited. Registration for the workshop is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What will it cover?

1. Live lectures and legal framework orientation
   1. PoSH Act, 2013: Key provisions, definitions, responsibilities.
   2. Grey areas in interpretation: Digital harassment and remote workplace issues.
2. Scenario-based learning
   1. Workplace situations from corporate settings.
   2. Discussion on case studies.
3.  Q&A Session
   1. Live and pre-submitted questions on complex areas: jurisdiction, interim measures, confidentiality, etc.
   2. Facilitated by experienced trainers and legal professionals.
   3. A panel discussion with a Senior Lawyer and Corporate Professional offers a glimpse into how law firms handle workplace investigations and the skills that can’t be found on Google.
   4. Pathways to becoming PoSH trainers, IC members, or legal consultants & practitioners in labour and employment law.
4. Live Assessment
   1. Mandatory for certification.
   2. A certificate will be issued upon submission of the overnight assignment and achieving a passing mark of 50%.
