PRABHAVEE – Partner for Social Impact, in collaboration with Yellow Spark – Strategic HR Consultants, is organising PoSH Pro Advanced – a 2-day online Workshop on designed to strengthen procedural competence and legal clarity in the implementation of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, with an emphasis on cases involving third-party respondents such as clients, vendors, consultants, visitors, and other non-employees. Through expert-led sessions, a moderated industry panel, case-based discussions, and structured assessments, the programme equips participants to handle complaints in compliance with confidentiality obligations, principles of natural justice, statutory timelines, and organisational accountability.

    3. Practical Do’s and Don’ts for effective IC functioning
  5. Live Assignment & Live Assessment:
    1. Mandatory for Certification.
    2. A Certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the live assignment and scoring 50% passing marks in the live assessment.
